Job Description

  • Draft, negotiate and advise internal clients on a wide range of procurement and commercial contracts including: software licenses, cloud contracts, SaaS agreements, BPO outsourcing, ITO outsourcing, hosting, hardware, sponsorship, advertising, IT agreements, IP agreements, etc.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements for procurement of other goods and services including consulting services, business process outsourcing, and information technology-related services
  • Provide licensing, outsourcing, technology, privacy, other commercial legal and related regulatory advice
  • Provide advice regarding data privacy, InfoSec requirements and related contractual provisions

The Successful Applicant

  • JD from a top US law school with excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to NY State Bar in good standing
  • 3-5 years of experience as a technology transactions, procurement and commercial attorney
  • Top law firm experience combined with in-house experience preferred
  • Must have exceptional drafting and negotiating skills
