About Our Client
The client is an established charitable membership organisation, helping to achieve life-changing breakthroughs for their members.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will promote the organisations strategy, vision and values, to becoming a simple, agile, membership-led organisation with technology being at its heart, continually improving the end to end experience for its members.
The role will lead the development and operation of the strategy, technology and change portfolio at the charity.
It will work with the SLT to define the technology transformation strategy, encompassing technology architecture, strategy and road-map to move to maximise value delivery focus on the membership experience.
The role will build and lead a high performing team of specialists in agile project delivery, business architecture and people centred design.
It will develop transparent and accountable methodologies to assess and prioritise projects and establish new projects, providing assurance to the SLT that they are being delivered efficiently.
The role will ensure the provision of management information and analytics and maximise opportunities provided by digital technologies.
It will track external policy and market developments, applying insights gained to advise on strategic decision making.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering transformation projects and driving performance improvement in individuals, functions and organisations.
He/she will have experience in delivering customer-centric services, and delivering strategic business wide transformation change within a technology or digital environment.
Experience of building and developing teams is needed, as is experience of hands-on end to end IT digital delivery and operations.
What's on Offer
On offer is a position on the SLT for a growing membership body, working for an inspirational, passionate CEO.
The salary will depend on experience but is likely to range between £85-95,000 with a bonus and benefits.
The role has hybrid working, the majority from home, but there will be the need to travel to their offices in London once a week, and potentially at short notice, therefore we would like the candidate to be based in the UK.
