Job Description

  • Customer development and marketing of products.
  • Day-to-day sales and customer relationship responsibilities for the territory.
  • Develop and obtain territory sales goals and Business Plans in specified territory.
  • Drive growth through front line sales roles within company.
  • Generate sales growth across core and strategic product lines.
  • Maintain the "line of sight" between individual sales results and rewards.

The Successful Applicant

Must have capital equipment sales experience (prefer 250K to 1 million or more)

Prefer food industry experience but flexible

  • Strong resource management skills to perform duties.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation of plans.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple high-profile client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exhibits some creativity in problem solving and team management activities
  • Advanced verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years of sales management experience. Sales experience in the food/meat equipment industry a plus.
