Job Description

  • Provide overall guidance to Gas Power Asia HR team
  • Lead and support C&B strategy and operations across the region
  • Engage global leadership TR team for optimal planning and execution of Total Rewards strategy
  • Manage compensation programs, annual off cycle and salary structure development to meet evolving talent needs
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and report generation from HRIS systems
  • Drive variable incentive C&B projects
  • Develop Asia-based C&B business strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 8 years experience in HR, with extensive experience in Total Rewards schemes
  • Relevant knowledge of C&B regulations in the Asia Pacific region, especially China's talent rewards program
  • Ability to manage a matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Able to work independently
  • Good mentor and team player
  • Experience with global multi-location business preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university with equivalent knowledge/experience
