About Our Client
Our client is a market leading, not for profit provider of managed flexible workforce services. They work in partnership with their clients to build and manage staff banks to reduce their reliance on agency staff.
As the organisation transforms itself to better support the clients they serve they have a number of newly created Transformation Workstream Lead roles which are key senior appointments for NHS Professionals. The appointment of a Client Engagement Workstream lead is critical to the success of the programme.
Working for the Transformation Director in collaboration with the work stream sponsor and work stream leads this individual will lead on the development of the strategy to engage better with clients and improve service delivery.
They will consult widely to define what good looks like and agree the desired business outcomes to achieve their vision of being a service that customers would recommend. An innovative service which can be trusted to deliver quality and cost effective solutions.
They will define and establish methods to track and assess the health key customer relationships and establish baseline targets to be achieved over time.
They will develop and manage the development of business requirements which will allow the desired business outcomes to be realised.
As well as improving existing service lines they will undertake horizon scanning and analyse market trends to ensure new products and services can be developed and delivered.
They will identify and agree operating and investment budgets for the achievement of target business outcomes for this workstream.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering client service improvement/ customer management projects successfully on time and in budget.
Able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders internally and externally. The exceptional communication and listening skills to understand their needs and design solutions to better suit their needs.
Track record of delivering business change projects form inception to completion.
An experienced business innovator who can design and develop cutting edge customer solutions.
Experience of working at a senior level in temporary staffing with workforce models and strategy
