About Our Client
Our client is a market leading, not for profit provider of managed flexible workforce services. They work in partnership with their clients to build and manage staff banks to reduce their reliance on agency staff.
As the organisation transforms itself to better support the needs of their workforce and clients they serve they have a number of newly created Transformation Workstream Lead roles which are key senior appointments. The appointment of a Flexible Worker Engagement Workstream lead is critical to the success of the programme
Working for the Transformation Director in collaboration with the workstream sponsor and workstream leads this individual will lead on the development of the strategy to engage better with customer groups (temporary workers) and ensure a strategy is in place work improve the way they engage and work with them.
They will consult widely to define what good looks like and agree the desired business outcomes to achieve their vision of being an employer of choice. An employer that understands and supports their flexible workforce and offers them great work.
They will listen to both their clients and flexible workers so journeys can be streamlined and ensure both clients and flexible workers experience excellent customer service.
They will define, develop and deploy robust capabilities which will differentiate them from other in-house banks and better understands supply and demand.
They will undertake health checks of their relationships with their flexible workforce and establish metrics and measures to assess how they work with them currently. Then develop baselines and targets to achieve overtime and measure their improvement/ successes.
As well as improving existing service lines they will undertake horizon scanning and analyse market trends to ensure new products, technologies and services can be developed and utilised.
They will identify and agree operating and investment budgets for the achievement of target business outcomes for this workstream.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering service improvement/ customer engagement projects successfully on time and in budget.
Able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders internally and externally. The exceptional communication and listening skills to understand their needs and design solutions to ensure benefits are realised.
Track record of delivering business change projects form inception to completion.
An experienced business innovator who can design and develop cutting edge customer solutions.
Experience of working at a senior level in temporary staffing with workforce models and strategy.
