Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the hospital sector.
  • Manage the operational and financial performance of the hospital division.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Business Head - Hospitals should have:

  • 15+ years in pharma/biopharma, with a proven track record in senior commercial leadership
  • Proven experience in UK hospital business, especially across multiple therapy areas.
  • Strong network within UK hospital procurement and clinical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy; MBA preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
