Job Description

As UK Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead and inspire the UK sales team.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and partners within the UK.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to the executive team.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive enterprise revenue growth.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with international counterparts to leverage existing client relationships for the UK.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Sales Director, you should have:

  • A background in sales leadership, driving performance through teams, along with experiences of developing revenue opportunities directly.
  • A background in enterprise and complex sales processes within the IT sector, with strong knowledge around digitalisation services, outsourced software development and associated IT and consultancy services.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business development into Enterprise sized businesses.
  • Experience with alliances and SI partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and team management skills
  • A strong customer focus with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to travel to customers, prospects, with a London reporting office.
