Job Description
- Responsible for aftermarket part sales to the UK dealer network
- Day to day management & support of UK territory team
- Full responsibility for delivery of monthly sales forecast to ensure market demand & supply capacity are aligned
- Ensuring overhead budgets & incentives are managed in line with budget
- Setting of dealer growth & market share targets
- Ensuring distribution coverage meets market demand & is correctly structured to ensure volume & share growth
- Ensuring appropriate marketing activity is conducted to support growth targets
- To accurately feedback competitive activity & distribution changes of other OEM's
