Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the full apparel sourcing and production cycle, from concept to final delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships across multiple global regions, ensuring competitive pricing, timely production, and top-quality standards.
  • Drive process optimization, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production strategies with business goals and ensure flawless execution

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned apparel production leader with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale sourcing and manufacturing operations across multiple regions, including Asia and Central America. They are a strong negotiator and team builder, with deep knowledge of supply chain management, vendor relations, and quality control. Strategic, detail-oriented, and hands-on, they excel at driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
