Job Description
Digital Campaigns (DTC)
- Driving eCommerce on Shopify
- Manage current agencies across all digital channels including but not limited to:
- PPC
- Paid Social
- Programmatic
- Native
- Affiliate
- Video
- Retargeting
- Social Media
- Email and SMS
- Review and refine media plans
- Set performance goals and KPIs
- Review performance reports and KPIs
- Work with agencies to optimize campaigns
Marketplaces (Amazon)
- Manage current Amazon Agency to Merchandise on the platform including:
- Brand Store
- Product listings
- Brand Story
- A+ content
- Paid Advertising
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Display
- DSP
- Audio and Video Ads
- Promotions
- SEO
- Review and refine merchandise and media plans
- Set performance goals and KPIs
- Review performance reports and KPIs
- Work with agency to optimize campaigns
Offline Media Campaigns (TV)
- Manage offline campaign service providers including creative agencies, production companies and media buyers
- Creatives and Offers
- Landing pages
- Media plans and budgets
- KPIs, reporting and dashboards
- Performance reviews and optimization
- Work with agencies to repurpose DTC campaigns into retail support campaigns
Website and CRM
- Work with senior management, web developers and service providers on remake of the website and optimizes customer journey, tech platform and marketing automation
- Monitor and drive website performance
- Work with digital agency on
- CRM to drive LTV
- SEO including content
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in driving branded digital revenue
- Must have DTC and Amazon experience with TV advertising "preferred"
- Experience working for omni-channel consumer brands
- Experience working with a private-equity business
- Experience managing external agencies
- Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
