This large organization has a strong reputation for providing quality pharmaceutical products and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes.Job DescriptionAs the company prepares for the next wave of growth, we are seeking a transformative leader to head the Global Oncology Franchise, with full ownership of commercial strategy, portfolio management, and global sales leadership, including new product pre-launch and launch execution. This leader will play a central role in preparing and delivering blockbuster oncology launches across key markets, particularly UK, Europe and the United States, while also familiar with the culture from China, and Asia.Lead the global commercial and sales strategy for the oncology franchise, with full P&L ownership.Oversee new product pre-launch planning, including market shaping, disease awareness, stakeholder engagement, early access programs, and field readiness.Partner with R&D, medical affairs, and regulatory to shape Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and influence asset development from early phases.Develop go-to-market strategy for pipeline and in-line oncology assets, ensuring global alignment and regional adaptability.Drive launch excellence for upcoming oncology assets in Europe and the U.S., coordinating efforts across marketing, field force, market access, and medical.Collaborate with regional sales teams to align commercial priorities, execution tactics, and performance tracking.Evaluate and prioritize pipeline assets and lifecycle investments based on commercial potential and strategic fit.Build business cases and revenue projections to support decision-making at executive and board levels.Monitor evolving market dynamics and adjust launch and portfolio strategies accordingly.Cultivate key external relationships with KOLs, payers, advocacy groups, and alliance partners.PEX does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
