As the VP of Investor Relations, you will be the bridge between our company and institutional investors, venture capitalists (VCs), and strategic partners. Your mission is to cultivate and leverage relationships with Silicon Valley and Wall Street investors to secure funding, drive strategic partnerships, and amplify our market leadership in Web3 fintech.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a global investor relations strategy aligned with company goals.

- Maintain and expand relationships with VC firms, hedge funds, family offices, and investors across Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and global markets.

- Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity fundraising, token offerings, and strategic financing opportunities.

- Craft compelling narratives around our technology, roadmap, and financial performance for investor communications.

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and participation in high-profile industry events (e.g., Consensus, Davos, etc.).

- Collaborate with C-suite and finance teams to align investor messaging with business metrics and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on technology or financial services.

- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with VCs, institutional investors, and crypto funds, especially in Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and fintech innovation; prior experience in crypto/DeFi is a strong plus.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into investor-ready insights.

- Strong network in global tech and finance circles, with a reputation for integrity and results.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
