Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for solar energy products and services.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.

Provide regular reports and updates to the executive leadership team on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.

Strong understanding of solar technology, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.

Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute successful sales strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Profound level of English and preferably good working level of German
