Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department.
- Responsible for the P&L and budgeting.
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
- Provide an exceptional experience to our partners while representing our brand and being our partners' liaison internally.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Should be willing to travel at short notice and more importantly, enjoy the selling experience.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience in any of the healthcare verticals like health & fitness products, medical products, or sports products.
- Must have experience working in the United States region.
- Experience should include an Outreach/Partnership driven model.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High aptitude for networking and relationship building.
- 7+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership skills.
