Job Description



The Head of Events is responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering exceptional events that boost the appeal of a premier experiences, draw consumers, and enrich its economic and cultural vitality. This role demands strategic foresight, creativity, operational expertise, and the ability to create engaging stories that connect with diverse groups. Crafting immersive experiences will be crucial in successfully leading the mandate.

  • Develop innovative and immersive event concepts that align with the organization's identity and strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for signature events that reflect unique cultural and historical aspects.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop event-specific promotional campaigns.
  • Leverage digital platforms and social media to build awareness and drive attendance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a field related to event management, such as hospitality, marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Have a proven history of successfully delivering large-scale events that incorporate storytelling and immersive experiences.
  • A creative mindset focused on innovation, storytelling, and enhancing customer experiences.
