Reporting to the APAC CFO
About Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded organisation providing an extensive network and services to both local and international clients around the world.
Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will lead a large team and be responsible for all finance matters across the Greater China region. This will include financial/management reporting, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury, internal controls and order management. As part of the senior leadership team, you will also drive the strategic growth plans of the organisation and develop the Finance capabilities across the region.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Degree qualified CA/CPA, with at least 10 to 12 years of post-graduation experience with 3 to 5 years in a leadership position with an MNC. Prior experience in establishing shared services or centres of excellence will be advantageous. You possess strong technical accounting knowledge in GAAP coupled with solid business acumen and have a proven track record in business partnering and building effective teams. You are a self-starter with strong leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills that will enable you to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
