Job Description

  • Define and execute a regional data and AI strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Regional Data Roadmap
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and AI use cases
  • Partner with tech leads to establish architecture, policies, and scalable frameworks
  • Deploy modern, cost-effective tools and platforms for data and AI capabilities
  • Drive onboarding of Asia markets into new platforms and governance models
  • Support AI adoption and resolve implementation challenges across countries
  • Lead critical transformation initiatives integrating AI into business processes
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at regional and global levels
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and impact



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in data-related leadership roles within complex, regulated environments
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data strategies regionally or globally
  • Expertise in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and big data tools
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and leading tools (Informatica, Collibra, BigID)
  • Experience deploying AI solutions and productivity tools powered by AI
  • Solid understanding of insurance business and digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage executive and technical audiences
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills
