About Our Client

Job Description
Your key responsibility is to work closely with stakeholders and provide legal advice in order to achieve organizational goals and minimize legal risks. In Hong Kong, they have corporate banking and sales & trading business, hence you will be expected to provide support and guidance to these assigned areas. In addition to legal responsibilities, you will also need to oversee corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a qualified lawyer with at least 5-7 years of experience within banking, either with a leading law firm or another financial institution. Chinese language skills will be useful but not essential.
