Job Description

The VP of Corporate Strategic Investment is responsible for identifying, executing, and integrating inorganic growth, revenue-generating technology platform M&A deals that accelerate the company's commercial and operational capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President to lead our Corporate Strategic Investment function.
  • This executive role will be responsible for driving mergers and acquisitions (M&A) focused on revenue-generating biomedical technology platforms.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will oversee the full M&A lifecycle-from scouting and due diligence to negotiation, closing, and post-merger integration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and life sciences, with proven success in mid-sized platform M&A transactions and cross-border deal execution.
  • Key responsibilities include developing strategic M&A roadmaps, evaluating scalable technologies, coordinating cross-functional due diligence, and building external networks to source high-quality leads. This is a high-impact role offering direct influence on the company's growth trajectory and platform evolution.
  • Scientific background is preferred but not a must
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English and ability to travel internationally
