Our client is looking for an experienced leader to supervise the software development team around Europe.

Job Description

  • Lead the R&D organization
  • Steer the engineering team, aligning with the company's strategic goals
  • Guide the team's evolution.
  • Coordinate resource planning and staffing for across countries and organizations, supporting the sharing of knowledge and the optimization.
  • Partner, influence and share with business leader for a successful go to market strategy
  • Manage the entire development lifecycle, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Listen customers and be able to meet and anticipate their expectations and needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solid technical foundation, with in-depth knowledge of software development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership and experience managing remote international teams, with dedicated tools.
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Change management capabilities experience.
