Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans for the life science industry
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and industry events
  • Drive growth through effective collaborations and partnerships
  • Work closely with the C-Suite team to align partnership strategies with company goals
  • Oversee contract negotiations and deal structuring
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/SVP of Partnerships should have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the medical technology space
  • Existing client base with proven success working with academic medical centers/hospitals in the US
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills
  • A proven track record of establishing successful partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to foresee and adapt to industry changes
