Job Description

The Retail Support Manager will have the following main tasks:

  • Provide Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors training, information and commercial support to achieve defined budget objectives;
  • Support the Head of Retail in the constant monitoring of Financial Advisors, with a fundamental focus on procedures preparation, in accordance with the reference standards and internal regulations;
  • Assisting Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers in carrying out most complex sales negotiations (senior coverage);
  • Manage the company regulations preparation relating to operational and procedural aspects of Financial Advisors, in collaboration with the Compliance office;
  • Assist the Head of Retail in commercial strategies application and marketing initiatives centrally defined;
  • Catch opportunities / commercial development proposals identified for Retail Branches;
  • Share the working method and support Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors in its application, also through internal best practices identifications;
  • Support the Head of Retail in the management and commercial trends analysis and in the identification of improvement actions in the branch network;
  • Support the Head of Retail in defining and sharing a plan of concrete actions to achieve commercial and income objectives of the Retail Area, monitoring their actual implementation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced financial knowledge;
  • Proven 8-10 years minimum experience in commercial coordination support of Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors
  • Understanding of global macroeconomics and knowledge of international markets;
  • Knowledge of financial instruments mechanism and financial technical analysis;
  • Good knowledge of the Bank's governance processes;
  • Strong selling, negotiation and team working skills;
  • Good organisational and planning skills;
  • Good knowledge of trading techniques;
  • Enthusiastic approach and entrepreneurship spirit;
  • Fluent spoken and written English language required
