Joanna Kaźmierczak

Joanna joined the Page Executive Poland team in September 2023 as a Senior Research Associate. As an experienced talent sourcing specialist, she covers mainly projects dedicated to the CFO, CTO, Sales & Sales Operations, Marketing positions, as well as those related to retail and technology industries.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Joanna was mastering her skills as a Talent Sourcer and Recruitment Services Specialist in a renowned, multinational banking corporation, where she had focused on hard-to-fill, niche job positions within the IT domain, as well as on finance and corporate functions profiles.

Joanna is passionate about research itself, in all its forms, understood as a knowledge-generating process – before joining the corporate world, Joanna held a successful academic career as a researcher in the field of cultural studies, having obtained her degree in History of Art back in 2015 at the University of Wrocław. She is fluent in Polish and English, advanced in German.
