Claudia’s CV reads like a round-the-world trip. Having worked in China, Venezuela, and Austria, and managing client relationships across Japan, Korea, India, Mexico, Russia, Spain, and the UK, she brings this wealth of international exposure to every assignment, which is gold dust for businesses with global aspirations.

Since 2012, Claudia has been immersed in the life sciences and medical devices industry, working with multinational clients. With a ready-made network and a deep understanding of her clients’ pain points, Claudia goes far beyond traditional headhunting. Her innate desire to know more means she adds serious value to each assignment, drawn from a deep understanding of leadership styles, purposeful leadership, female leadership, remote management, and more.

Motivated by her love for asking questions, Claudia uses a modified Socratic method to get to the essence of what all stakeholders are looking for. Clients consistently point to her meticulous approach to each assignment, leaving no stone unturned in her search. Claudia is a people person at heart, and despite her focus on results, it’s clear that Claudia sees executive search as quality over quantity. Claudia’s international background shines through in her life outside the office. She enjoys dancing Salsa and loves traveling around Asia and Latin America. Claudia is also a volunteer for GuanXi (Chinese in Vienna), and always finds quality time to spend with family and friends.
