Andrea Sileo

Having the opportunity to learn directly from the most senior team in the company, all of whom have a solid track record and a very open, cooperative approach, has been crucial to my career development. 

Andrea joined Page Executive in January 2022, bringing a wide range of skills including sales, procurement and supply chain, as well as operational and general management experience. His inherent affinity for sourcing top senior talent - particularly for C-Level, Business Unit Leads, HR, Sales and Marketing roles within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry - along with his collaborative approach to recruitment, has positioned him as a strong point of reference and valuable partner for both clients and fellow colleagues alike. 

After graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Pavia and a masters in Healthcare Management at the Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Andrea spent five years as Purchasing Manager at Italy’s biggest private hospital group.  He joined the Barcelona office of Michael Page in 2016 as part of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Division and went on to lead the Human Resources Division, focusing on middle management and executive placements.

Andrea is a true people-person, driven by building valuable, long-term relationships. His positive and constructive approach, combined with his commitment, reliability and approachability, enables him to provide a highly personalised service and unique solutions for his clients. 

Outside of work Andrea loves the great outdoors, hiking and trail running, but is never happier than when spending time with his family and being a father to his two young girls.
