Sebastian Szurek is a skilled Associate Partner who specialises in executive industrial placements for the Polish and Baltic markets. His track record covers an impressive range of sectors and organisational structures, as well as spanning all levels of leadership profiles.

Sebastian graduated in Management & Production Engineering from the University of Silesia. He then built on his insider professional knowledge as an Operations Manager, Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant in the engineering field. This background prepared Sebastian for a seamless transition to recruitment in 2014 and he quickly rose through the ranks of consultancy and management in Poland. 

Cut to April 2023, Sebastian joined the team at Page Executive, drawn by the culture of knowledge-sharing and making cross-sector synergies. Sebastian brings specialist knowledge of proven headhunting methodologies and a deep understanding of his markets but constantly bolsters his approach with best practices from his colleagues.
