Thierry Delait

Thierry Delait is an Associate Partner at Page Executive in the Netherlands whose recruitment prowess covers engineering and manufacturing, procurement and supply chain, and operational and general management positions across all sectors.

After earning an MSc in Human Resources with a minor in Social Psychology, Thierry combined his commercial skills and passion for people and took his first steps into recruitment. Throughout his career, he has never been afraid to take on new challenges, which has given him expert knowledge of industries like food and agriculture and a real knack for connecting the dots between sectors. 

Thierry joined Page Executive in March 2023, enhancing the Dutch team with his wide-ranging experience, valuable network, and thirst for success. Naturally drawn to the challenge of executive search, Thierry channels his energy into finding not only the top-performing senior and C-level profiles, but those with the right values and personality to fit within specific organisations. 

Equally thorough on the client side, Thierry is known for being detail-oriented but wastes no time in completing his assignments. He only starts work once he has a clear idea of each client’s current situation and aspirations, and only suggests candidates that can make an impact both now and in the future. Thierry knows that trust is hard-earned and easily lost, so keeps transparency, flexibility and dedication front and centre from start to finish. 

Outside of work, Thierry cherishes family time but loves to get active with a game of tennis or padel. But for some serious downtime, he gets his headset on and indulges his passion for gaming.
