Crystal focuses on senior executive recruitment in Marketing & Human Resources. She joined PageGroup in 2012 as Associate Consultant, specialising in Finance and Accounting for FMCG and the Retail and Pharmaceutical industries. She was promoted the following year to Consultant and set the record for the highest number of placements in 2013.

She established the first Shared Services specialist desk, focused on Finance and Accounting, for Michael Page Malaysia, and a few years later, established the IT Shared Services team. Winning the Manager of the Year Awards in 2017, she was promoted to Associate Director later that year and was in charge of the Shared Services (Finance & Accounting and IT) teams. With over nine years of recruitment experience with PageGroup, the seasoned recruiter has successfully recruited for positions in Finance, Technology, and Human Resources.
