Carly Yau, M.I.H.R.M.(HK)

As the Senior Partner and Head of Finance Practice of Page Executive, Carly Yau is an experienced leader who oversees the Finance Practice in Hong Kong. Carly successfully leads searches and actively recruits senior accounting and finance roles in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China and Singapore markets.

During her time in PageGroup, Carly has developed an extensive network of contacts across the region and recruited in a variety of industries with multi-national corporations, Hong Kong listed companies, private enterprises and not-for-profit organisations.

With Carly’s excellent track record and vast experience in the Finance Practice, she continues to concentrate on executive search mandates in the region. Carly grew up in the UK and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of York, followed by Master of Science in Organisational Psychology (Distinction) from the University of Manchester. She also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford. Carly is a Professional Member (M.I.H.R.M.(HK)) of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
