Juan Diego Vivero is an Associate Principal at Page Executive and a specialist in recruiting senior experts in ESG and renewable energy transition. 

Starting out in recruitment back in 2013, Juan has swiftly risen through the ranks, gathering valuable experience from a range of sectors and functions. Having earned a strong track record including sales and marketing, industrial, energy and business support services leaders, it was a natural step up to Page Executive when he joined in 2023. 

Aligned with our values of continuous improvement, Juan frequently applies cross-sector learnings from his career to date to bolster his executive search approach. His penchant for perfection is evident in his rigorous processes, ensuring he explores every potential avenue as he searches for the ideal candidates. With in-depth experience spanning a multitude of roles and industries, Juan isn’t afraid to present left-field candidates if he believes they can achieve organisational goals.

Juan prioritises relationship-building, and nowhere is that more obvious than in his close, collaborative approach during assignments. He begins the process by fully getting to know organisations as a whole, probing into their short and long-term goals. Then, he draws on his vast experience and network of executives to provide meticulously researched profiles.
