Neal Taylor serves as Partner in the Life Sciences practice. He has dedicated his career to executive search and specializes in CEO Succession, and CEO, Executive Director and Senior Director recruiting in the biopharmaceutical, pharma services industry and medical technology sectors. He works with both local and multinational organizations based in Asia Pacific and globally.
Neal started his executive search career at one of the “big five” global executive search firms where he focused on healthcare and executed country, regional and global assignments for multinational and Japanese clients. He was also the Managing Director for two healthcare focused companies, one global and other local.
Before entering executive search, Neal was a banker in commercial real estate with Norwest Bank, currently Wells Fargo & Co., in Arizona. He came to Japan in 1998 and lived in Iwate, where he organized study abroad programs and learned Japanese.
Neal holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and East Asian studies from the University of Arizona.
