Luiz Seixlack

Luiz is a professional with a robust educational background and extensive experience in engineering and recruitment. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, complemented by an international perspective gained through his studies at the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz, France. Further enhancing his academic credentials, Luiz has specialized in Supply Chain Management and holds a Master's degree in Economics, Law, and Management.

Before his association with Page Group, Luiz gained valuable industry experience by working as an engineer in the dynamic sectors of automotive and energy. This practical experience has laid a solid foundation for his understanding of the technical and operational aspects of these industries.

Since joining Page Group in 2014, Luiz has demonstrated leadership and strategic skills. He initially led the Engineering & Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Procurement divisions at Michael Page. His performance in these roles led to his elevation, where he was entrusted with the leadership of all operations for Michael Page and Page Personnel in the Campinas office. Demonstrating his international acumen, Luiz later took on the role of managing operations for Michael Page in Europe, specifically overseeing the regions of France and Monaco.

With a decade of experience in the recruitment market, exclusively with Page Group, Luiz has excelled in recruiting high-level executives, including board members, presidents, and directors, across various industry sectors in Brazil. His expertise in identifying and placing top-tier talent has been instrumental in shaping the leadership landscapes of numerous organizations. Luiz's blend of technical know-how, international exposure, and recruitment proficiency positions him as a distinguished professional in his field, capable of delivering exceptional results in the most challenging of environments.
