Over her impressive career, Marcela has added a unique set of strings to her bow that allow her to fully relate to her clients and offer innovative profiles every time. 

Marcela’s enviable CV features roles such as international director, operations manager, as well as innovation and business development manager. Through projects spanning the first startup operation at a global bank, an automation project in a graduate school and product homologation in the retail industry, she has developed a broad view of what leaders need across many sectors. 

Now focusing her attention on executive search, she combines all the elements from her illustrious career trajectory to get a 360-degree perspective on every assignment. She joined the Page Executive team in April 2022 as a Senior Associate in Peru. Her mission is to become a market leader in Technology and Digital and with her dynamic background and tenacious attitude, we’re sure it won’t take her long to achieve it. 

Far from doing things the way they’ve always been, Marcela is passionate about how innovation, disruption and streamlining can foster growth. This becomes obvious as she mirrors Page Executive’s values in areas such as diversity and inclusion and offers her clients full and clear explanations for how they impact businesses. 

On the job, her extensive managerial prowess is immediately obvious, which makes life easy for her clients. Marcela speaks their language and draws on her vast experience to clarify and refine her remit before getting on with the task.

Outside of her assignments, Marcela is a member of the Women in Tech organisation and a keen contributor to the executive search community, organising events, talks and social media campaigns.
