Having studied in the USA and with executive search experience spanning Japan, Australia and Mexico, Xavier brings a truly global perspective to his assignments. His career trajectory, which includes roles as a finance director and running his own company, offers a valuable understanding of the hiring process and empowers him to connect deeply with his clients. 

In executive search since 2011, Xavier has soaked up a wealth of insights across different continents. Now based in Mexico, he provides tailored solutions for tech companies seeking tech talent as a competitive edge. His track record boasts executive appointments in private equity, robotics, automotive, consulting and more.

Outside of search, he likes to read, learn new languages and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but mostly enjoys spending time with his children.
