Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead and grow a well-established Danish business within the electromechanical and building solutions space.

This is a full P&L leadership role, requiring a commercially driven engineer with a strong track record in business development, operational leadership, and team management in construction-related environments.

Your Mission

  • Own and drive the full P&L, with clear accountability for growth, profitability, and cash performance.
  • Lead business development initiatives, leveraging strong networks and a deep understanding of prescription channels (architects, engineering firms, developers).
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle: sales → installation → service.
  • Lead both new installation (projects) teams and a large after-sales/service organization.
  • Deliver operational excellence across execution, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Position the company as a key market player with clients, partners, and authorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering background mandatory (Mechanical / Industrial / Electromechanical).
  • Proven track record in full P&L ownership at GM / BU Director / Senior Ops level.
  • Strong business developer in the construction ecosystem, with expertise in specification selling.
  • Experience managing: Installation teams (new build / construction projects) and Service & maintenance organizations (Aftersales).
  • Strong leadership across commercial and technical teams.
  • Fluent Danish & English required
