Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the F&B vision in alignment with the hotel's positioning and brand standards
  • Drive innovation across all dining concepts, ensuring relevance and differentiation in a highly competitive luxury market
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior leadership to create award-winning culinary and beverage programs



Operations Management

  • Oversee all F&B outlets including fine dining restaurants, casual dining venues, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banqueting
  • Ensure flawless execution of service standards reflective of palace-level expectations
  • Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth across all outlets



Financial Performance

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L for the entire F&B division
  • Drive profitability through strategic pricing, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed



People Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a large, multicultural F&B team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and nurture future talent within the organization



Guest Experience

  • Ensure an exceptional, personalized guest journey aligned with ultra-luxury service standards
  • Maintain strong visibility in operations, interacting with high-profile international clientele
  • Address guest feedback proactively and implement improvements



Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service delivery

The Successful Applicant

    • Extensive experience as F&B Director or Assistant F&B Director in luxury hotels or palaces A MUST
    • Proven expertise managing large-scale, multi-outlet operations (high-volume + high-end positioning)
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and P&L responsibility
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in demanding, high-end environments
    • Deep understanding of international luxury clientele and service expectations
    • Strong operational presence combined with strategic vision



    Language Requirements

    • Fluent English and French are mandatory, Italian or German a plus
    • Additional languages (e.g., German, Italian) are a plus
