Reporting directly to the CEO / GM, the Director of Operations will act as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort.This role requires a highly visible and hands-on leader with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, guest experience and food & beverage operations.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities.
  • Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards.
  • Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities.
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering.
  • Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives.
  • Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders.
  • Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring a strong operational background within luxury hospitality environments and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams whilst maintaining exceptional service standards.Key requirements include:

  • Significant experience as Consolidated Director of F&B, Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or a similar senior leadership position with a strong F&B Background
  • Strong luxury hospitality background gained within internationally recognised hotels, resorts, private clubs or lifestyle organisations.
  • Extensive exposure to Food & Beverage operations, including premium dining concepts and high-end events.
  • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Highly guest-centric mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Spanish is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate or reside in Southern Spain.(Costa del Sol)
