Job Description

  • Define and execute the country strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Hold full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and cash flow delivery
  • Lead commercial strategy, including sales growth, key account development, and market expansion
  • Drive organisational transformation, implementing new processes, performance standards, and cultural change initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with global and regional priorities
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across commercial and functional areas
  • Ensure alignment across functions including sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and R&D within a matrix organisation
  • Define and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to ensure execution against strategic objectives
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and operational standards across all local activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as Managing Director, General Manager, or Commercial Director with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong track record in B2B industrial environments, leading sales, marketing, and business development organisations
  • Experience selling directly to OEMs, particularly within the automotive sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and cultural change
  • Solid leadership experience managing teams within matrix, multinational environments
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Live in Monterrey, Mexico is a must.
