Job Description

Leadership & Regional Management

  • Act as Regional Director, providing leadership support and serving as an extension of the leaders across the Asian region.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day regional operations, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local implementation.



Strategy & Execution

  • Drive the implementation of regional strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and key projects.
  • Partner closely with senior regional leaders to translate strategy into effective operational outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and advise on regional risks, opportunities, and growth priorities.



External Representation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the organization with local authorities, government agencies, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Build and maintain high‑trust relationships with key external stakeholders to support business continuity, compliance, and expansion.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the organization, demonstrating credibility, authority, and cultural sensitivity.



Governance & Coordination

  • Support strong governance, compliance, and organizational discipline across countries.
  • Coordinate with regional and global leadership teams to ensure objectives, standards, and expectations are consistently met.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of Asian and European business practices, regulatory environments and cultural dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to represent the organization with credibility and authority towards external parties.
  • Strategic mindset with operational execution capabilities.
