The Global SHE Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's global Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategy. This is a pivotal role that ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and fosters a proactive safety culture across all operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Global SHE Manager will be part of the Global Operations team and will functionally lead SHE Managers across 11 production sites.
The Global Director of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) will be responsible for leading the manufacturing quality initiatives and standards across 10 manufacturing plants globally with a heavy focus on the Americas region.
