Dounia Dahby

As an Associate Partner for Page Executive in Casablanca, Dounia recruits for executive search mandates for the Finance, HR and Legal disciplines across different industries.

Dounia has more than 7 years’ recruitment experience within PageGroup and has recruited successfully more than 100 positions in Africa (French-speaking markets) across several disciplines but with a strong focus on senior finance and HR roles.

She joined PageGroup in 2014 as a Consultant in the Casablanca office,  and eventually, she was promoted to the role of Manager responsible for the team recruiting Marketing, Sales and Retail positions. In 2017, she was promoted to Executive Manager to lead the Finance, HR & Legal practices for the Morocco business.

Before joining PageGroup in 2014, Dounia received her Bachelor of law from the University of Bordeaux (France) and a Master’s degree in Communication & Strategic Marketing from INSEEC Business School (Paris). She worked several years as a Marketing Manager in the energy sector in France and then came back to Morocco to join a web agency where she was responsible for launching an innovative e-business.
