Lorraine le Pomellec is a Page Executive Partner specialising in filling executive-level positions for clients in the Belgian Financial Services industry.

Before becoming a recruiter, Lorraine had already built an envious CV that made for a seamless transition in 2012. A French native, she studied English and Economics in Paris and Madrid before graduating with a Master of Banking from Assas University in Paris. This preceded intercontinental moves as her career took her from a private equity fund in Paris to investment banking, credit analyst and assistant relationship manager roles in New York and São Paulo.

Armed with unparalleled international experience, an innate flair for working with people and extensive knowledge of a vast range of financial niches, Lorraine naturally switched to recruitment for the banking and financial services sectors. She quickly found her feet in her new role, placing senior management profiles in areas such as compliance, anti-money laundering, legal, risk, audit, finance, sales, marketing and much more.

When Page Executive came knocking in January 2024, Lorraine’s portfolio already boasted a 50% executive search, so she hit the ground running. Her clear passion for people comes across in every assignment, adding a human touch to the efficiency and speed of her shortlists. Clients frequently point to her impressive network and industry knowledge, which she builds by staying on top of the latest economic trends, banking strategies and regulations.

Lorraine injects each assignment with insights taken from outside consultancy. She is a thought leader who is on the Belux Shadow Board and DE&I committees, leads the Women@Page committee for Benelux and takes part in conferences, round tables and white papers both internally and externally.

Out of the office, Lorraine is into fitness, running and swimming, even braving where few have gone before — the North Sea in winter. But in her downtime, Lorraine loves nothing more than spending time with her three kids.
