Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel on antitrust and competition law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including agreements and pleadings.
  • Advise clients on antitrust investigations, litigation, and merger reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and provide insights to clients and team members.
  • Support cross-functional teams in addressing complex legal challenges.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
