Job Description

  • Developing and executing corporate communication strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives
  • Managing internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging
  • Overseeing media relations, including press releases, interviews, and public appearances
  • Collaborating with the IR, legal and finance department to ensure communication aligns with financial goals and report
  • Enhancing the company's brand image and reputation through strategic campaigns
  • Monitoring industry trends in the property sector to shape communication strategies
  • Managing crisis communication plans and responses to protect the company's interests
  • Leading and mentoring a team of communication professionals to achieve objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable University
  • Proven expertise from an international environment, preferably in the real estates sector (e.g. property development, property management, property investment or investment fund)
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in a complex structure
  • Act as a key advisory on strategic communication plan to the Board level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
