Job Description

  • Advise clients on finance-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and related documentation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on financial transactions.
  • Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial activities.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the professional services sector.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to address client challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in the relevant state.
  • 4-5 years' experience in finance-related legal transactions and agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
