Job Description

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions.
  • Analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Conduct legal research to support transaction-related decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting M&A activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the professional services industry.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence and managing corporate transactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
