This is an end-to-end leadership role spanning Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Procurement, supported by Finance, HR, IT and Corporate Affairs.

We are representing a significant industrial manufacturing business in Haiphong seeking a CEO to take full P&L responsibility for an integrated manufacturing and commercial operation

Job Description

Business & P&L Leadership

  • Own the full P&L, annual budget, business plan and overall performance of the company.
  • Develop and execute the strategy to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Provide clear performance visibility and strategic recommendations to the Board and shareholders.
  • Balance growth, investment, cost and operational priorities to maximise business performance.



Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

  • Lead manufacturing performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost and OEE.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.
  • Ensure appropriate standards of regulatory, environmental, health and safety compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, automation and operational investment.



Commercial Leadership

  • Lead the Sales & Marketing organisation to deliver revenue, margin and market-share objectives.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, channels and strategic partners.
  • Ensure commercial strategy is closely aligned with production capacity and market demand.
  • Develop new growth opportunities across customers, products and markets.



Supply Chain & Procurement

  • Lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
  • Strengthen S&OP to align customer demand, production and supply.
  • Optimise sourcing strategies, supplier performance and procurement costs.
  • Build supply-chain resilience while maintaining appropriate service and inventory levels.



Organisation & Leadership

  • Lead and develop the senior management team across all business functions.
  • Build a high-performance, accountable and collaborative culture.
  • Strengthen succession planning, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure Finance, HR, IT and General Affairs provide strong governance and effective business partnership.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary interface with the Board, shareholders and Group leadership.
  • Manage key external relationships, including government and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong governance, compliance and risk-management standards across the busine



The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years' experience within manufacturing, industrial or building materials environments.
  • At least 10 years in senior leadership, ideally as a General Manager, Managing Director, CEO or senior Plant/Operations Director with broader business responsibility.
  • Demonstrable full P&L ownership and experience leading a sizeable manufacturing operation.
  • Track record managing across multiple functions, particularly Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, cost management and continuous improvement.
  • Commercially astute, with experience driving both top-line growth and profitability.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop senior, cross-functional management teams.
  • Comfortable operating with Boards, shareholders and Group-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification advantageous.



The successful candidate will be a commercially minded manufacturing leader, capable of moving comfortably between the factory floor, customers and the Boardroom.

They will combine operational depth with strong business judgement and a growth mindset, bringing the leadership presence to professionalise the organisation, raise performance standards and build a scalable, sustainable business.
