Job Description

This role requires an executive who can successfully balance operational performance with long-term vision, ensuring Garden Village continues to thrive as a trusted provider while preparing for the opportunities and challenges of the future.

The successful candidate will bring the commercial acumen, governance capability and leadership presence required to lead a high-performing organisation, while remaining connected to the residents, employees and community that sit at the heart of Garden Village's purpose.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Deputy CEO, COO, CFO, Executive Director, General Manager or equivalent senior executive role with organisation-wide accountability.
  • Significant leadership experience within aged care, health, community services, disability services or another complex, highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational growth, transformation and strategic change.
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability, including responsibility for organisational sustainability, investment decisions and financial performance.
  • Experience working closely with Boards and operating within strong governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and building high-performing leadership capability.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and community engagement.
  • An authentic, visible and values-driven leadership style.
