Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration NIV, IV. This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days in office in San Francisco per week.

Job Description

  • Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions
  • Preparing and drafting cases
  • Communicating with team members on a daily basis

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar
  • Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including: IV, NIV
  • Experience responding to RFEs
  • Excellent writing skills
